Outback Tracks and Trails
Outback Tracks and Trails – where three mates (that's me Andrew, Tony, and Mick) spill the beans on every sunburnt, dust-choked adventure we've dragged ourselves through.
Think off-grid camps under a million stars, busted utes, and the kind of shortcuts only locals know. We talk real—where to park without getting bogged, what gear actually survives the heat, and why you should never trust a map that says 'easy access'.
Sometimes we drag in a guest—some bloke who's crossed the Simpson or camped on a ghost station—just to hear how they didn't die. No polished scripts, no fancy edits. So grab yourself a cold one and settle in. Enjoy!

What’s This all about?
About Outback Tracks and Trails
Outback Tracks and Trails was born from a simple but powerful idea: to capture and share the real adventures, laughs, and memories I’ve made with great mates while exploring this incredible country — and beyond.
At its heart, this is my journey to create something lasting. I want my kids, grandkids, and future generations to one day watch these videos, listen to the podcasts, and see exactly what their old man got up to — the tracks we tackled, the remote campsites we found, the pubs we yarned at, the fish we chased, and most importantly, the fantastic friends who came along for the ride.
I’ve always had a knack for surrounding myself with good people, and that’s what this is really about — genuine friendships, shared adventures, and making the most of every opportunity to get out there. Whether it’s 4WDing through the Victorian High Country, tackling the Binns Track on the way to a bucket-list fishing trip at Dundee Beach, crossing the outback, or heading overseas, I’m passionate about travel, camping, fishing, and the pure joy of hitting the dirt with mates.
Through the podcast and YouTube channel, we share honest, unfiltered stories from the road — the planning, the fuel prices, the tech that helps (and sometimes doesn’t), the epic campsites, the challenges, and all the good times in between. No scripts, no hype — just real mates having real adventures.
So pull up a camp chair, grab a cold one, and come along for the ride. Whether you’re planning your own trip or just love living vicariously through ours, we reckon you’ll feel right at home here.
Welcome to Outback Tracks and Trails.
